摘  要:目的探讨二代双源CT双能量扫描和碘美普尔联用在主动脉支架植入术后对图像质量和对比剂总碘量、注射速率的影响。方法选取医院主动脉支架术后CT主动脉成像(CTA)的患者40例,随机分为A组和B组,各20例。A组使用双能量扫描和碘美普尔;B组使用主动脉CTA扫描和碘帕醇。比较两组图像质量及辐射剂量差异。结果两组患者的兴趣区(ROI)CT值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组的ROI内SNR、CNR和图像评分均高于B组,差异显著(P<0.05)。A组的辐射剂量相关参数(CTDIvol、DLP及ED)、上腔静脉CT值均低于B组,差异显著(P<0.001)。A组降低了注射速率和总碘量。结论运用双能量技术和碘美普尔对比剂进行主动脉CTA成像,能够保证图像质量,降低辐射剂量,减少总碘量,降低注射速率。Objective To explore the effects of dual-energy of dual-so urce CT scanning and iomeprol on imaging quality and contrast dose after aortic stent implantation in aortic imaging. Methods A total of 40 patients with computed tomography angiography(CTA) were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 20 cases in each group. Dual-energy scanning and iomeprol were used in the group A; and conventional aortic CTA scanning and iopamidol were performed in the group B. The image quality and radiation dose were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in CT value of the region of interest(ROI) between the two groups(P〉0.05). The SNR and CNR of ROI, image scores in the group A were higher than those in the group B, there were significant differences(P 〈0.05). The radiation dose-related parameters(CTDIvol, DLP and ED) and CT value of the superior vena cava in the group A were lower than those in the group B, there were significant differences(P〈0.001). The injection rate and total dose of iodine decreased in the group A. Conclusion CTA imaging of aorta performed by dual-energy technique and iomeprol can ensure image quality, reduce radiation dose, total dose of iodine and injection rate.
