摘　　要：目的观察PDCA循环护理降低感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤(PSA)患者并发症风险的效果。方法将58例感染性股动脉PSA患者按随机数表法分为PDCA组(研究组,n=29)和常规组(对照组,n=29)。记录术后1个月内两组并发症发生情况,于护理前(T1)及护理1个月后(T2)评估患者生存质量,于T2时评估患者护理满意度和依从性。结果术后1个月内研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);T2时,两组GQOLI-74各维度评分均较T1时升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组SERVQUAL各维度评分、依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环护理模式可提升护理服务质量,对降低感染性股动脉PSA患者并发症风险、改善其生存质量有一定帮助。Objective To observe the effects of PDCA cycle nursing on reducing the complications risk of patients with infective femoral artery pseudoaneurysm（PSA）. Methods Fifty-eight cases of patients with infective femoral artery PSA were divided into the PDCA group（the study group, n=29） and the conventional group（the control group, n=29） according to random number table method. The occurrence of complications within 1 month after operation in the two groups were recorded, and the survival quality were assessed before nursing（T1） and after 1 month of nursing（T2）, and the patients satisfaction and compliance were assessed at T2. Results The total incidence rate of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group within 1 month after operation（P〈 0.05）. At T2, the scores in each dimension of GQOLI-74 were higher than those at T1, and those in the study group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, and the scores in each dimension of SERVQUAL and the compliance rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing model can improve the quality of nursing service, and can help reduce the complications risk and improve the survival quality of patients with infective femoral artery PSA.
