摘  要:通过电解萃取技术获得不同Q&P工艺处理后的60Si2CrVA弹簧钢配分过程析出的碳化物,并结合XRD、SEM、EDS、TEM等方法对碳化物的析出行为进行分析研究,探讨60Si2CrVA的碳化物的演变规律。研究结果表明:随着配分温度的升高,碳化物颗粒尺寸整体呈现增大的趋势;当配分温度达到360℃时,随着温度的升高小尺寸的碳化物数量增多,且有团簇的现象;配分过程中析出的碳化物类型有M7C3、MC以及M23C6;XRD分析结果显示当温度达到360℃时M7C3的衍射峰强度明显降低;60Si2CrVA的硬度随着配分温度的升高呈下降趋势。In this paper, the carbides precipitated in the 60Si2CrVA spring steel with different Q&P processes were obtained by electrolytic extraction technology,the precipitation behavior of carbides was analyzed by XRD、SEM、EDX and TEM,and evolving regulars of the carbides in 60Si2CrVA was investigated.Results revealed that the size of carbides particles showed tendency toward enlargement with the rise of partition temperature; when the partition temperature reached 360 ℃, and the temperature continued to go up,the amount of carbides with a small size increased and appeared cluster phenomenon;there were three kinds of carbides M 7C 3,MC and M 23 C 6 seperating out in the partition process;the analysis of XRD revealed the diffraction peak intensity of M 7C 3 went down obviously when reached 360 ℃.The hardness of 60Si2CrVA decreases with the increase of the distribution temperature.
