探讨细辛脑注射液联合盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液治疗成人支原体肺炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究细辛脑注射液联合盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液治疗成人支原体肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法在该院收治的所有支原体肺炎患者中随意收取90例(均为2016年9月—2017年9月期间)作为研究对象,将患者分为各45例一组的对照组或观察组,45例对照组患者的治疗方案为静脉滴注盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液,在此基础上添加细辛脑治疗45例观察组患者。对两组患者治疗后临床症状消失时间、治疗后效果及并发症出现情况做记录。结果观察组患者临床症状消失时间均短于对照组患者,总有效率(95.55%)显著优于对照组患者(84.44%),且不良反应发生率(6.66%)低于对照组患者的(22.22%),以上数据均经过比较分析,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.05,4.40,P<0.05)。结论应用细辛脑注射液联合盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液的治疗方案治疗支原体肺炎患者预后效果较好,是个安全可靠的治疗方案。Objective To research the clinical curative effect of asarone injection combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection in treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in adults. Methods 90 cases of patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group were treated with moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection, while the observation group were treated with asarone injection, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, treatment effect and occurrence of complications were recorded. Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（95.55% vs 84.44%）,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group（6.66% vs 22.22%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=4.05, 4.40, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of asarone injection combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection in treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in adults can have a better prognosis effect, which is a safe and reliable treatment plan.
