普米克令舒联合万托林雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的观察普米克令舒联合万托林雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法对该院2016年11月—2017年11月接收的104例喘息型肺炎患儿资料加以探究,随机分为2组,每组52例;对照组予常规治疗,实验组予普米克令舒与万托林雾化吸入联合治疗,比对2组临床疗效及安全性。结果实验组湿啰音(4.52±1.28)d、喘鸣音(3.21±1.69)d等症状缓解时间均显著短于对照组(t=12.027 5、9.016 4,P<0.05);治疗后实验组FEV1(1.96±0.08)%、FEV/FVC(84.56±13.27)%水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应总发生概率5.77%均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喘息型肺炎患儿行普米克令舒与万托林雾化吸入联合治疗可取得确切疗效,有效改善患儿肺功能,且不良反应少,可被临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of pulmicort respules combined with atomization inhalation of ventolin in treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia. Methods 104 cases of children with asthmatic pneumonia admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each, the control group used the routine therapy, while the experimental group were treated with pulmicort respules combined with atomization inhalation of ventolin, and the clinical curative effect and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The relief time of moist rale and wheezes in the experimental group were respectively（4.52 ±1.28） d and（3.21±1.69） d, which were obviously shorter than those in the control group（t=12.027 5,9.016 4,P〈0.05）, after treatment, the FEV1（1.96±0.08）%, FEV/FVC（ 84.56±13.27）% in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the occurrence probability of adverse reactions in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group, which was 5.77% in the experimental group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of pulmicort respules combined with atomization inhalation of ventolin in treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia is definite, which can effectively improve the lung function with few adverse reactions, and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
