摘　　要：近年来男性肥胖的发生率不断上升,肥胖对男性精液质量的影响也逐渐引起人们重视,但目前其机制较为复杂且尚不明确。肥胖影响男性精子发生的机制一直是研究热点,研究发现肥胖主要通过影响男性内分泌、诱发炎症反应、增加氧化应激反应等方面影响男性精液质量,降低男性生育能力。本文通过对相关机制予以综述并展开讨论,以期对临床诊疗提供一定的指导。The incidence rate of obesity in men has been rising in recent years.The effects of obesity on the semen quality have gradually attracted people＇s attention.However,the mechanism is complicated and still not clear yet.The mechanism which obesity affects spermatogenesis has been a research hotspot.Some studies found that obesity impacted semen quality and reduce male fertility mainly through affecting endocrine,inducing inflammatory response,increasing oxidative stress response etc.This review discusses and summarizes the relevant mechanisms in order to provide some guidance for clinical practice.
