摘 要:以模数为3.3的工业水玻璃为原料研究了制备酸性硅溶胶的方法,以离子交换浓缩的方法较优,制备的产品能达到常温下6个月的稳定期。同时研究了在此方案下的二氧化硅浓度、pH、温度、重金属离子等因素对其稳定性的影响。结果表明,二氧化硅浓度越高、温度越高时稳定性越差;酸性条件下pH在1~2能达到最高稳定性;适量的硼离子、铝离子及铁离子对硅溶胶能有最好的阻凝效果;避光密封的外部存放环境能延长稳定期。Taking industrial sodium silicate with a modulus of 3. 3 as raw material,the method of preparation of acidic silica sol was studied. The ion exchange concentration method was optimal,as the prepared product can reach the stable period of 6 months at normal temperature. The effects of silicon dioxide concentration,pH,temperature and heavy metal ions on the stability were studied. The results showed that the higher the concentration of silica and the higher the temperature,the worse the stability. Under acidic conditions,pH can reach the maximum stability at 1 - 2. A suitable amount of boron ions,aluminum ions and iron ions had the best anticoagulant effect on silica sol. The external storage environment can prolong the stable period.
