摘 要:研究采用Lewis碱类萃取剂磷酸三丁酯(TBP)、甲基异丁基甲酮(MIBK)、叔胺为萃取剂对富马酸稀溶液进行萃取,探讨了油水比、富马酸初始浓度、pH值和温度等对萃取的影响。油水比为1∶1时,得到更佳的分配系数D和萃取率E。在富马酸初始浓度为0.1~0.3 mol/L的范围内,分配系数D及萃取率E随浓度的增加而增大。D随pH的增大而降低,在pH为7~10时,逐渐趋于稳定;当pH=1~4时,水相pH值的变化对萃取率造成的影响较小,但当pH在4.0~10.0之间变化时,萃取率随着pH值的增大而明显降低,因此,最适宜的酸碱萃取环境是在pH为1.0~4.0之时。该萃取是一个放热过程,升高温度不利于萃取反应的进行。Lewis alkali extraction agents including tributyl phosphate(TBP),methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK) and tertiary amine were used as the extractant to complex extract fumaric acid in dilute solution. The effects of oil water ratio,initial concentration of fumaric acid,pH value and temperature on extraction were discussed. When the oil and water ratio was 1∶1,better distribution coefficient D and extraction rate E were obtained. In the range of the initial concentration of fumaric acid,the distribution coefficient D and the extraction rate increased with the increase of concentration of 0. 1 -0. 3 mol/L. D decreased with the increase of pH,and gradually tended to be stable when the pH was 7 - 10. When pH =1 - 4,the change of the water pH value and the effects on the extraction rate were small,but when pH changed between4. 0 - 10. 0,the extraction rate decreased with the increase of pH value,therefore,alkali extraction environment at pH1. 0 - 4. 0 is the most suitable. The extraction is an exothermic process,and the rising temperature is not conducive to the extraction reaction.
