小柴胡汤合金水六君煎加味治疗痰浊阻肺型AECOPD临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察小柴胡汤合金水六君煎加味对痰浊阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者改良英国医学研究学会呼吸困难指数(m MRC)评分和6 min步行距离的影响。[方法]将符合纳入标准的60例痰浊阻肺型AECOPD患者按照1∶1的比例采用随机数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规抗感染、解痉平喘及对症治疗,观察组患者在西医常规治疗的基础上加用小柴胡汤合金水六君煎中药汤剂治疗,疗程10 d,分别观察两组患者在治疗前后的m MRC评分和6 min步行距离改善程度。[结果]治疗前,两组患者在性别、年龄、m MRC评分和6 min步行距离方面无统计学差异,具有可比性;治疗后,两组患者均较治疗前m MRC评分和6 min步行距离有明显改善(P<0.05),而且治疗组较对照组改善程度明显(P<0.05)。[结论]西医常规治疗基础上联用小柴胡汤合金水六君煎对于改善痰浊阻肺型AECOPD患者m MRC评分和6 min步行距离方面较单用西药治疗有着更好的临床疗效。[Objective] To observe the effect of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Jinshui Liujun decoction on turbid phlegm obstruct-ing lung type AECOPD patients with m MRC score and 6 minutes walking distance. [Methods] The 60 cases of turbid phlegm obstructing lung type AECOPD were included in the standard according to the ratio of 1：1 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group were treated with routine anti-infection, spasmolysis and symptomatic treatment, patients in the observation group based on routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction and Jinshui liu jun Decoction, a course of 10 days,the two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with MRC dyspnea score and 6 minutes walking distance test.[Results] It is no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, m MRC score and 6 minutes walking distance test by statis-tical analysis; two groups of patients improved significantly in m MRC score and 6 minutes walking distance test compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）; moreover, the treatment group than the control group improved significantly（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] the conventional therapy combined with Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Jinshui liu jun Decoction is better than single western medicine treatment for improv-ing phlegm obstructing lung type AECOPD patients with m MRC score and 6 minutes walking distance test.
