药剂浸种对淮山线虫病的防治效果

摘　　要：[目的]明确药剂浸种防治淮山线虫病的效果。[方法]将淮山茎段浸泡在0.3%苦参碱、10%噻唑膦和15%阿维·丁硫药剂500倍稀释液中6~48 h,再定植到新植地中,研究3种药剂浸种对淮山线虫病的防治效果。[结果]3种药剂浸种处理后的淮山线虫病病情指数为1.67~3.72,相对防效为71.78%~86.84%,防治效果较好。[结论]药剂浸种是一种较好的预防淮山线虫病发生的方法。[Objective] The aim was to clear control effect of medicament soaking on nematode in Dioscorea fordii Prain et Burkill. [Method]The stem sections of Dioscorea fordii Prain et Burkill were soaked in 500 times diluent of 0. 3% matrine,500 times diluent of 10% fosthiazate and500 times diluent of 15% abamectin·carbosulfan for 6-48 hours,and then planted in new soil. The control effect of medicament soaking on nematode in Dioscorea fordii Prain et Burkill was studied.[Result]The disease index of three medicament soaking treatments on nematode in Dioscorea fordii Prain et Burkill was 1. 67-3. 72,and the relative control effect was 71. 78%-86. 84%,which showed good control effect.[Conclusion] The medicament soaking is a good method for preventing nematode in Dioscorea fordii Prain et Burkill.
