摘 要:[目的]探讨木霉菌油悬浮剂组合施药防治猕猴桃细菌性溃疡病的效果。[方法]通过液体发酵和剂型处理,将木霉(Trichoderma spp.)菌株Tr309T制成含2×10~8个/g或2×10~8个/mL分生孢子的可湿性粉剂(WP)或油悬浮剂(SC),于2016和2017年在上海卉绿农场进行单项施药(灌根、喷雾、涂抹)和组合施药[喷雾+涂抹(A)或灌根+喷雾+涂抹(B)]对比试验,测定它们对猕猴桃细菌性溃疡病的防治效果。[结果]经Tr309T-WP、Tr309T-SC所进行的单项施药处理的病情指数、防治效果和病斑治愈率,均分别显著高于或低于化学药剂处理;而经Tr309T-SC或2%溃腐灵SC的组合施药方式A或B处理的猕猴桃植株的病情指数和防治效果均分别显著低于或高于Tr309T-WP和病原对照组合施药处理。[结论]该研究结果为猕猴桃细菌性溃疡病的生物防治提供了理论依据。[Objective]The aim was to explore the control effect of combined application methods of an oil-based suspension with Trichoderma spp. on bacterial canker of kiwi. [Method] By the processes of liquid fermentation and formulation,a wettable powder( WP) and an oilbased suspension( SC) formulations containing 2 × 10^8 individuals/g or 2 × 10^8 individuals/mL conidial spores of Trichoderma spp. strain Tr309T were made and used to conduct individual application tests of root drench,spraying and coating or in a combination of spraying +coating( A) or root drench + spraying + coating( B) on controlling the disease of bacterial canker of kiwi. [Result] The disease severity and efficacy rate of disease control in the treatments of root drench,spraying or coating with Tr309 T-WP or Tr309T-SC were all significantly higher or lower,respectively,than those with the treatment of 2% atractylodin + magnolol SC. On the other hand,the disease severity and efficacy rate of disease control in the treatments with combined application of A or B with Tr309T-SC or the treatment of 2% atractylodin +magnolol SC were significantly lower or higher,respectively,than those with the treatments of Tr309T-WP and pathogen control. [Conclusion] The results provide reference for the biological control of bacterial canker of kiwi.
