摘　　要：目的:介绍猪苓化学成分和生物药理作用的研究,为其进一步研究和临床应用提供依据。方法:以国内外文献为依据,综述猪苓化学成分及生物活性作用的研究进展。结果:猪苓具有利尿、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、保肝、抗辐射、抗诱变和抗菌等多种生物活性作用。结论:猪苓具有多种生物活性作用,在医疗方面表现出良好的应用前景。为今后猪苓的深入研究及开发利用提供参考。Objective to introduce the research of chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Polyporus,for further research and provide an experimental basis for clinical application. Methods with the domestic and foreign literature as the basis,to review the progress in the study of chemical constituents and biological activity of Polyporus umbellatus. It has diuretic,immunomodulatory,antitumor,hepatoprotective,anti radiation,anti mutagenic and antibacterial etc. biological activity. Conclusion Polyporus has a variety of biological activity,showed a good application prospect in medical treatment. The reference of the further research and development and utilization of Polyporus.
