摘 要:记述了澜沧江水系南腊河支流(21°62′26″N,101°59′11″E,海拔744m)线鳢(Channa striata)膀胱寄生的发状科(Gorgoderidae)叶形属(Phyllodistomum)1新种线鳢叶形吸虫(Phyllodistomum striata sp.nov.).剖检2尾线鳢,感染率为100%,感染强度3~8枚.该新种与寄生于墨西哥Heterandria bimaculata膀胱内的P.inecoli和寄生于哥伦比亚Trachycorystes insignis膀胱内的P.mayesi相似,体呈叶形,无锯齿或褶皱,口吸盘大于腹吸盘,卵巢与卵黄腺相对或于卵黄腺稍前.与上述两近似种进行比较,该新种不具头腺,而P.inecoli具显著头腺;P.mayesi口吸盘与腹吸盘宽度之比为1∶0.59,该新种口吸盘与腹吸盘宽度之比为1∶0.86.该新种的28SrDNA部分序列约1 278bp(GenBank登录号:MG976755).与GenBank中19种叶形属吸虫的碱基相似率为85%~95%,与近似种P.inecoli的碱基相似率为94%.两两相对遗传距离范围为0.060~0.226,与近似种P.inecoli的两两相对遗传距离为0.085.基于28SrDNA的系统发育关系表明,该新种构成一单独进化支,并与其他叶形属吸虫聚为一支.综合上述与近似种的形态学比较和基于28SrDNA部分序列的分子鉴定研究,确认线鳢叶形吸虫为新种.The new species Phyllodistomum striata sp.nov.of genus Phyllodistomum(Digenea:Gorgoderidae)was discovered from the bladder of host Channa striata(Channidae).Host fishes were collected from the Nanla basin of Lancang River(21°62′26″N,101°59′11″E altitude 744 m).Two host individuals were infected with the species,prevalence is 100%and the intensity of infection is 3 to 8.According to the morphological study,this new species is very similar to P.inecoli parasitizing Heterandria bimaculata from Mexico and P.mayesi parasitizing Trachycorystes insignis from Columbia.These species present common morphological features including foliate hind body without serrate,oral sucker bigger than the acetabulum,ovary opposite and slightly anterior to vitellaria.However,the new species P.striata sp.nov.is distinguished by absence of cephalic glands and ducts from P.inecoli which possessing these characteristics.And the new species is discriminated by sucker width ratio about 1∶0.85 from P.mayesi about 1∶0.59.Partial sequence of 28 SrDNA about 1278 bp in length(GenBank accesses number:MG976755)were amplified.Compared with 19 previously submitted sequences of Phyllodistomumin GenBank to estimate homogeneity by similarity and genetic distance,the obtained rDNA sequence showed similarity to known species,e.g.,identity of 94% with P.inecoli.The genetic distance(Kimura 2-parameter)between these species from 0.060 to 0.226.The most closely related species to P.striatacould be P.inecoli,with estimated genetic distances of 0.085.It was indicated from the molecular phylogenetic tree based on partial sequences of 28 SrDNA,P.striata was a validity species,because it formed a single clade and clustered with others species of genus Phyllodistomum.In conlusion molecular data of partial of 28 SrDNA in the ribosomal DNA region and morphological characteristics were combined to validate of the new species.
