摘　　要：不论是以嗑食为主的食葵,还是以榨油为主的油葵,市场需求都异常旺盛,这种旺盛的需求为向日葵产业的蓬勃发展提供了源动力,同时又对向日葵新品种选育提出了更高的要求。山西省农业科学院小麦研究所向日葵课题组通过大量的调研,在对向日葵的商品市场及种子市场需求全面了解的基础上,结合国内外文献及多年的育种经验,对向日葵育种方向进行了探讨。结果表明,新品种选育除了通常需考虑的高产、节水、抗病虫、抗倒伏外,食葵还应特别注重提高籽粒商品品质;油葵还应注重提高含油率、改善油品,防治鸟害等性状的选择。Whether it is the edible sunflower that consume mainly shelling food, or oil sunflower that consume mainly oil, the market demand is unusually strong. This strong demand provides the impetus for the booming sunflower industry. At the same time, It is put forward the higher requirement for the breeding new varieties. Through a lot of investigation, the sunflower research team of Institute of Wheat, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences based on a comprehensive understanding of sunflower＇s commodity market and seed market, combined with domestic and foreign literature and years of breeding experience, discussed breeding direction. The results showed that in addition to the high yield, water saving, disease or insect resistance, and anti-lodging, the breeding of new varieties should also pay special attention to improving the quality of goods on edible sunflower, and pay attention to improving the oil content, oil quality, and prevention of bird pecking on oil sunflower.
