莫匹罗星联合重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子凝胶外用治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨莫匹罗星软膏联合重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子凝胶外用治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床效果。方法选取128例深Ⅱ度烧伤创面患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。对照组患者给予莫匹罗星软膏治疗,观察组患者给予莫匹罗星软膏联合重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子凝胶外用治疗,比较2组患者治疗后7、14、21、28 d细菌培养阳性率、创面愈合率、临床疗效、愈合时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗后7、14、21、28 d细菌培养阳性率较对照组显著降低,创面愈合率较对照组均显著提高,临床疗效总有效率较对照组患者显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者创面愈合时间较对照组患者显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论莫匹罗星软膏联合重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子凝胶外用治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面可显著提高临床疗效,降低创面感染率,缩短创面愈合时间,值得在临床上广泛推广。Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of mupirocin ointment combined with recombinant human gametocyte/macrophage colony stimulating factor gel（ Rh GM CSF Gel） for external treatment on deep second degree burns. Methods A total of 128 patients with deep second degree burns were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with mupirocin ointment,however,the patients in observation group were treated with mupirocin ointment combined with RH GM-CSF GEL topical therapy. The positive rate of bacterial cultures,wound healing rate,clinical efficacy,healing time and adverse reactions of patients were observed at 7 d,14 d,21 d and 28 d after treatment. Results The positive rates of bacterial culture in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group. As compared with those in control group,the healing rate and total effective rate in observation group were significantly increased,moreover,the wound healing time in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The mupirocin ointment combined with RH GM CSF GEL in external use in treatment of deep second degree burns can significantly improve the clinical curative effects,reduce the wound infection rate and shorten the healing time,therefor,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
