摘 要:目的分析宫腔粘连患者人工周期治疗前后子宫内膜雌激素受体及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)的表达变化,为相关治疗提供参考。方法对经行宫腔镜下宫腔粘连电切术患者50例(研究组)临床资料进行分析,Western Blotting法分析患者术后予人工周期治疗3个月后雌激素受体及MMP水平变化。同期因不孕就诊行宫腔镜检查的诊断正常宫腔的非宫腔粘连患者50例为对照组。结果研究组患者雌激素受体α及β水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),MMP-2/9、TIMP-1/2水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且经治疗后患者上述蛋白表达明显恢复(P<0.05)。结论宫腔粘连患者人工周期治疗后子宫内膜雌激素受体明显降低而基质金属蛋白酶水平明显升高。Objective To observe the changes of estrogen receptor and metalloproteinase expressions in endometrium of patients with cervical adhesion before and after artificial menstrual cycle therapy in order to provide references for related treatment. Methods The clinical data about 50 patients with intrauterine adhesions who underwent electrocision under hysteroscope were analyzed( research group). The changes of estrogen receptor and metalloproteinase after 3-month treatment by posyoperative artificial menstrual cycle were detected by Western Blot. At the same time,50 patients without intrauterine adhesions who accepted hysteroscopy and were diagnosed as normal uterine cavity were enrolled as control group. Results The expression levels of ER α and ER β in research group were significantly lower than those in control group( P〈 0. 05).And the expression levels of MMP2/9 and TIMP1/2 in research group were significantly lower than those in control group( P〈 0. 05). Moreover the expressions of the proteins mentioned above were obviously recovered after artificial menstrual cycle therapy( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of ERα and ERβwere increased while MMP2,MMP9,TIMP1 and TIMP2 were decreased in intrauterine adhesions patients. The expression levels of ERα and ERβ of patients with intrauterine adhesions are obviously decreased,however the expression levels of metalloproteinase are obviously increased after artificial menstrual cycle therapy.
