摘  要:鄂尔多斯盆地东胜气田属于典型的低渗、低孔气藏,气井一般都必须通过压裂改造才能建产,但常规压裂工艺改造技术增产幅度有限。为此,借鉴北美致密储层的开发经验,针对该区块下石盒子组储层的地质特征,按照"体积压裂"理念,开展了混合水体积压裂技术攻关试验。通过混合水压裂,在形成主裂缝的同时,迫使天然裂缝不断扩张,从而形成较大的缝网系统,提高裂缝导流能力,增大压裂改造体积,提高单井产量。该技术在东胜气田JH1井增产效果明显,压后无阻流量25.0×10~4 m^3/d,平均日产气4.8×10~4 m^3,为东胜气田致密气藏的有效开发提供了技术支持。Dongsheng gas field belongs to a typical low–permeability, low–porosity gas reservoir in Ordos basin. Gas wells must be fractured to obtain the productivity. However, the yield increase is limited by conventional fracturing process. Therefore, according to the volume fracturing conception, the oilfield has carried out mixed water fracturing technology research to improve the traditional fracturing technology referring tight reservoir development experience of North America and the reservoir characteristics of lower Shihezi formation in the block. The main cracks are formed by the mixed water fracture, at the same time, natural cracks continue to spread which can form a larger joint network system. All of these can improve the fracture conductivity, increase the fracturing volume and improve the single well production. The yield effect is obvious in the JH1 well of Dongsheng gas field, and the open flow capacity is 25.0×10~4 m^3/d,and the average gas production is 4.8×10~4 m^3/d, which provides the technical support for the effective development of the tight gas reservoir in Dongsheng gas field.
