摘　　要：目的:探讨射频美容修复技术在腹部妊娠纹修复治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年1月于笔者医院修复妊娠纹的80例就医者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组就医者腹部涂抹积雪苷霜软膏,观察组进行射频美容修复。比较两组就医者治疗后的临床疗效以及治疗前后腹部评分,分析射频美容修复技术修复妊娠纹的临床价值。结果:治疗后观察组就医者治疗有效率为(92.50%)显著高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.541,P=0.019);治疗后,两组就医者腹部评分均明显降低,且观察组就医者腹部评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射频美容修复技术修复妊娠纹,效果显著,能更好地改善就医者腹部皮肤状况,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of radiofrequency cosmetic repair technology in the treatment of striae gravidarum. Methods 80 patients who had been treated to repair the striae gravidarum in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected. According to the random number table method, it was divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group smeared with Jixuegan cream, the observation group treated with radiofrequency cosmetic repair technology. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment and the abdominal score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. To analyze the clinical value of radiofrequency cosmetic repair technology in repairing striae gravidarum. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（72.50%）, the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=5.541,P=0.019）. The abdominal score of the two groups decreased, and the abdominal score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Radiofrequency cosmetic repair technology to repair striae gravidarum is effective, which can better improve the abdominal skin condition of the doctors, and has high clinical application value.
