摘  要:拉杆预紧力不均或轮盘对中角度偏差都会导致燃气轮机周向拉杆转子产生弯曲故障。本文用转子各阶正则振型等效拉杆转子的弯曲,建立了拉杆转子弯曲故障的动力学分析模型。通过数值方法和实验对拉杆转子弯曲故障动力学特性进行了研究。研究结果表明,拉杆转子发生弯曲故障时,转子在低转速有较大的初始响应幅值,而在高转速时,转子质量不平衡与弯曲在主坐标下产生的激振力的比值和相位差决定了其响应特征。The uneven pre-tightening force of circumferential rods or the angular misalignment of the contact interface leads to initial bow in the rod-fastened rotor. In this paper,the initial bow of the rod-fastened rotor is equivalent by the first several normal mode shapes and the dynamic analysis model of the rod-fastened rotor with initial bow is established. The dynamic characteristics of the rodfastened rotor with initial bow are studied by numerical method and experiment. The results show that the rod-fastened rotor with initial bow has large initial response amplitude at low rotational speed,but at high rotational speed,the steady state response charactenistics are determined by the ratio and phase difference of the exciting force produced by mass imbalance and bow in the main coordinates.
