摘　　要：文章从国家法制改革需要、公民法律信息需求和图书馆社会责任担当三个方面入手,分析俄罗斯国家图书馆法律信息服务的源起,总结俄罗斯国家图书馆在法律信息资源建设、法律信息服务内容与方式等方面的做法,阐述俄罗斯国家图书馆法律信息服务持续开展近20年时间取得良好社会效果的成功经验,分析对我国图书馆特色服务可持续发展的启示与借鉴作用。This article analyzes the origin of Russian national library legal information service from the aspects of national legal system reform requirement, citizen legal information demand and library social responsibility. It analyzes and summarizes the practice of Russian national library in the construction of legal information resources, the contents and methods of legal information service. Meanwhile, it expounds the successful experience of the Russian national library legal information service for the past 20 years to obtain good social effect, and analyzes the enlightenment and reference function to the sustainable development of the library characteristic service in our country.
