政务公开视野下的新疆政府网站建设

摘　　要：本文试图从软件基础设施建设、内容质量建设、政务公开协同模式、第三方评估监测、用户意识变化、信息安全、政府数据开放七个方面梳理新疆政府网站建设情况及发展状况,从而提出建设新型政府网站、开设南疆政务通道并进行有效评估、对内开设双语服务新局面、对外做好网站外文版四个方面的建议。The paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of the government website in Xinjiang in theaspects of the construction of software facilities, content and quality, the cooperative model of government af-fairs openness, the evaluating supervision by the third party, the change of users＇ awareness, the informationsecurity and the data open. Based on the analysis the paper proposes four suggestions on constructing new type ofgovernment website, establishing the passageway of government affairs in Southern Xinjiang and implementing ef-fective evaluation, setting up bilingual government website for the inner publicity, and founding foreign languag-es website for the outer service.
