摘 要:采用氧还-偶氮复合引发剂和紫外光强度由弱变强的一种复合紫外光引发体系制备出CPAM1,以上清液浊度、泥饼含水率和污泥比阻为污泥调理性能评价指标,研究了CPAM1的分子量、阳离子度和投加量对上述指标的影响,结果发现当CPAM1相对分子量847万、阳离子度40%、投加量30 mg/L时污泥调理效果最好。论文同时对比了CPAM1与恒定光强制备出CPAM2、传统热引发制备出CPAM3的污泥调理性能,结果发现CPAM1的投加量不仅更低,而且其污泥调理性能最好。CPAM1 was prepared by a complex UV initiation system characterized with utilizing low light intensity and then high light intensity with redox initiator and azo initiator compound. Supernatant turbidity,filter cake moisture content and specific resistance filtration were used as sludge conditioning performance indexes. Effect of CPAM1 molecular weight,charge density and dosage on sludge conditioning performance was extensively investigated. It was found that optimum conditionings were molecular weight of 8. 47 million,charge density of 40%,dosage of 30 mg/L. Effect of CPAM2 prepared by stable UV light intensity and CPAM3 prepared by traditional heat on sludge conditioning were compared with CPAM1. It was found that CPAM1 with the minimum dosage showed the best in sludge conditioning.
