摘  要:首次建立了离子选择电极法测定铅精矿中的氟。实验采用碱熔法对样品进行前处理,研究了氢氧化钠用量、熔融温度、熔融时间、柠檬酸钠用量、pH值等因素对氟测定的影响,最终确定氢氧化钠用量为6 g、熔融温度550℃、熔融时间10 min、柠檬酸钠溶液用量15 m L、pH值为6.0~7.0的实验条件。在最优条件下,氟的平均加标回收率为96.7%~107.3%,相对标准偏差为1.21%~3.45%。该方法准确度高、操作简单、重现性好,能够对铅精矿中的氟进行定量分析。An ion selective electrode method for the determination of fluorine lead concentrates was established for the first time. The samples were pretreated by alkali fusion method. The effects of sodium hydroxide dosage,melting temperature,melting time and pH value on fluoride determination were studied. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: the sodium hydroxide dosage was 6 g,the melting temperature was at 550 ℃,the melting time was 10 min,the dosage of sodium citrate solution was 15 m L and the pH value was between 6. 0 and 7. 0. Under the optimum conditions,the average recoveries of spiked samples were between 96. 7% and 107. 3%. And the relative standard deviations of the test were between 1. 21% and 3. 45%. The method shows high accuracy,simple operation and good reproducibility,which is suitable for the quantitative analysis of fluorine in lead concentrates.
