摘　　要：根据煤矿井下现场使用情况和技术要求,开发设计了一种用于煤矿井下水、电系统抢修,带式输送机系统、变压器站点巡视、紧急故障排除的防爆锂离子蓄电池无轨胶轮车。重点介绍了该车的整体结构和技术特点和整车车身、传动系统、悬挂底盘等关键技术。该蓄电池车具有绿色环保、低噪声的特点,其外形尺寸紧凑、操作方便、运行灵活、安全高效、维护成本低。该胶轮车的成功研制减轻了工人的劳动强度。According to the field application and technical requirements of underground coal mine,designed a type of explosion proof lithium ion battery trackless rubber tyred vehicle with coal mine water and electricity repair system,explosion-proof lithium ion battery vehicle transportation belt system, transformer site inspections,emergency troubleshooting. The overall structure,key technology such as technical characteristics of the vehicle,and the vehicle body,transmission system and chassis suspension were introduced. The lithium battery car has the characteristics of green environmental protection and low noise,and has the advantages of compact size,convenient operation,flexible operation,safe and efficient operation,low maintenance cost. The successful development of the rubber wheel reduced labor intensity of the workers.
