摘　　要：针对液压支架控制器配套功能存在维护困难的现状,提出一种液压支架控制器功能配置化设计方案。主要是应用软件对液压支架控制器输入输出接口进行功能参数化,参数只要通过配置工具传输XML文件或者菜单修改方式进行配置。用户使用一套液压支架控制器便可配套不同功能的液压支架,控制器软件几乎不用修改,只需调整支架功能相关的参数,不仅提高了设备使用率,而且方便用户维护。In view of the difficult situation of user maintenance when hydraulic support controller supported different functions of hydraulic support,a design scheme for the function configuration of the hydraulic support controller was proposed. It mainly applied the software to parameterize the input and output interfaces of the hydraulic support controller,and configure the parameters as long as the XML files or menu modification methods were configured through the configuration tool. When users use a set of hydraulic support controllers to support different functions of hydraulic support,the controller software almost needs no modification. Only adjusting the parameters of the support function can not only improve the utilization rate of the equipment,but also facilitate the user maintenance.
