摘　　要：根据羊东矿煤层的地质特点,确定支架的工作高度和工作阻力,研制了ZY4000/07/15型薄煤层掩护式液压支架。通过对支架的受力分析和主要部件的强度校核,确保支架设计合理,为薄煤层高产高效开采提供安全有力的保证。According to the geological characteristics of Yangdong Mine coal seam,the height of the bracket and working resistance of the hydraulic support were obtained,thin coal seam shield type hydraulic support ZY4000/07/15 was developed. Through the stress analysis of the bracket and the strength checking of the main components,ensure the reasonable design of the bracket,and provide a safe and effective guarantee for the high-yield and efficient mining of thin coal seam.
