摘 要:利用SSR分子标记技术对‘雪龙三号’西瓜品种及其亲本间的多态性进行了引物筛选和种子纯度研究。结果表明,在供选的23对SSR核心引物中,有2对引物(BVWS02048和BVWS00106)在‘雪龙三号’杂交种及其亲本的带型具有多态性。利用这2对引物对‘雪龙三号’进行纯度鉴定,鉴定结果均为98%,与大田纯度检测结果吻合率达99%,说明SSR分子标记对‘雪龙三号’的纯度鉴定结果是可靠的。同时2对引物鉴定结果的一致也验证了品种的真实性。In the study, SSR markers were used to screen polymorphic primers between‘Xuelong No. 3'watermelon cultivar and their parents, and to identify seed purity of‘Xuelong No. 3'. Results showed that the two(BVWS02048 and BVWS00106) of 23 core SSR primers has be more polymorphic at‘Xuelong No. 3'hybrids and their parents. Subsequently,the two pairs of primers were used to determine the purity of‘Xuelong No. 3', and their purification results were 98%,which was up to 99% prediction matches morphological analysis. These results indicated that a purity identification of‘Xuelong No. 3'using SSR molecular markers is viable. Simultaneously, the uniform results of these two pairs of primers also verified the authenticity of cultivar.
