摘　　要：‘雪峰新二号’是以优良自交系‘4-193’为母本、抗病自交系‘LHLK-9’为父本杂交选育而成的中大果型中熟无籽西瓜新品种。该品种植株生长势强,全生育期100 d左右,果实发育期35 d左右,果实短椭圆形,果皮深绿底覆墨绿条带;瓤色大红,沙脆爽口;果实中心可溶性固形物含量(ω,后同)12.0%~13.5%,边部8.5%以上,口感风味很好,纤维极少,无籽性好;易坐果,坐果整齐一致;果皮厚度1.18 cm左右,果皮坚硬且耐贮运,单瓜质量7~9 kg,667 m^2产量4 000 kg左右。该品种适应性强,全国大部分地区均可栽培。‘Xuefeng xin No. 2＇ is a new mid-big fruit type seedless watermelon, its female parent is ‘4-193＇ and male parent is‘ LHLK-9 ＇. The plant is vigorous. The plant growth period is about 100 days and fruit developing period is about 35 days. The fruit is short oval round shaped with green skin and dark green stripes. The bright red flesh is crisp,testy, few fiber, seedless, with center soluble solid content 12.0%-13.5% and 8.5% near skin. It sets fruit easily and trimly.The rind is durable with 1.18 cm in thickness The single fruit weight is 7-9 kg, and per 667 m^2 yield is about 4 000 kg. It is suitable for cultivation in most areas of the country.
