摘 要:建立调心滚子轴承接触有限元分析模型,计算其接触应力,研究游隙和接触角对应力分布的影响,分析轴承的疲劳寿命。结果表明:套圈滚道的最大接触应力在最下端滚子与滚道的接触面上,并沿套圈圆周方向逐渐减小;游隙为正的轴承最大接触应力随游隙的增大而增大,游隙为负的轴承最大接触应力随游隙的变化不稳定;轴承的疲劳点首先出现在最下端滚子与套圈的接触处,内圈的疲劳破坏程度远大于外圈,内圈首先产生疲劳失效;随着材料残余压应力的增大,调心滚子轴承的对数疲劳寿命呈近线性状增长,且残余应力深度越大寿命越长。The finite element analysis model of the contact is built for self-aligning roller bearings,and its contact stress is calculated. The influence of clearance and contact angle on stress distribution is researched,and the fatigue life of the bearings is analyzed. The results show that the maximum contact stress of ring raceway is existed on contact surface between bottom roller and raceway,and decreases along circumferential direction of ring. The maximum contact stress of the bearings with positive clearance is increased with the increase of clearance,and the maximum contact stress of the bearings with negative clearance is unstable with variation of clearance. The fatigue point of the bearings appear firstly at contact area between bottom roller and ring,the fatigue damage degree of inner ring is greater than that of outer ring,and the fatigue failure is generated primarily from inner outer. The logarithmic fatigue life of spherical roller bearings presents near-linear growth with the increase of residual compressive stress of material. The deeper the residual stress depth is,the longer the life is.
