乌梅丸联合驻车丸方治疗放射性直肠损伤疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察乌梅丸联合驻车丸方治疗放射性直肠损伤的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的120例放射性直肠损伤患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组、对照2组,每组40例。治疗组给予乌梅丸联合驻车丸方保留灌肠,对照1组给予康复新液保留灌肠,对照2组给予硫糖铝口服混悬液保留灌肠,均1次/d,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察3组临床疗效,采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织的生活质量核心量表(EORTC-QLQ-C30)评价3组治疗前后生活质量情况。结果治疗组、对照1组、对照2组临床总有效率分别为90.00%,77.50%,75.00%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照1组、对照2组(P均<0.05),对照1组、对照2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组生活质量核心量表中4个单一项目积分和3个症状子量表积分均明显低于对照1组、对照2组(P均<0.05),5个功能子量表积分和总体健康状况积分均明显高于对照1组、对照2组(P均<0.05)。结论乌梅丸联合驻车丸方治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤放射性直肠损伤患者疗效更好,可明显提高患者的生活质量。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Wu Mei Wan combined with Zhu Che Wan in the treatment of radiation rectal injury and its influence on the quality of life of patients. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of pelvic malignancies patients with radiation rectal injury were randomly divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 40 cases in each group. The patients were treated for retention enema with Wu Mei Wan combined with car parking pill in treatment group,and with Kangfuxin Liquid in the control group 1,with Sucralfate Oral Suspension in the control group 2,1 times per day,7 days for 1 courses,the treatment continue for 3 courses. The clinical curative effect of the 3 groups was observed,and the quality of life of the 3 groups before and after treatment was evaluated by the core scale of life quality（ EORTC-QLQ-C30） of the European Organization for Research on Treatment of Cancer.Results The total effective rates of the treatment group,the control group 1 and the control group 2 were 90%,77. 50%,75%,respectively,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the control group 1 and the control group2（ P〉 0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of 4 single item scores and 3 syndrome scores in the quality of life core scale of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group 1 and the control group 2（ all P〈 0. 05）. The scores of the 5 functional subscales and the integral health status were significantly higher than those of the control group 1 and the control group 2（ all P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Wu Mei Wan combined with Zhu Che Wan has better efficacy in treating radiation rectal injury of pelvic malignancies,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
