摘  要:从三维激光扫描仪的工作原理出发,阐述了三维激光扫描测量点云数据坐标转换优化设计,并详细介绍了三维激光扫描技术在地铁圆形盾构隧道检测中的点云数据采集流程、处理方法及成果分析,通过与传统方法对比分析验证了三维激光扫描技术在隧道检测中的精度与可靠性,并结合工程实例证明该方法能有效的获取地铁隧道断面测量、椭圆度检测、中心线等成果,为地铁后期的设计、施工、运营维护提供详细的基础资料。Based on the working principle of 3D laser scanner,the optimization design of coordinate transformation of point cloud data in 3D laser scanning is described.And the point cloud data collection procedure,processing method and result analysis of the 3D laser scanning technology in the detecting of circular metro tunnel are introduced in detail.The accuracy and reliability of 3D laser scanning technology in tunnel detection are verified through comparison and analysis with traditional methods.Combined with engineering examples,the method can effectively obtain the metro tunnel profile measurement、Ovality detection、Centerline and other achievements for the post-Metro design,construction,operation and maintenance to provide detailed basic information.
