摘 要:混凝土渠道衬砌属于薄壁结构,在施工过程中,因受外界温度和湿度影响,极易产生裂缝,导致渠道渗漏增加,输水效率降低.为减少开裂概率,提高衬砌整体稳定性,采用理论与数值模拟相结合的手段,以南水北调中线某衬砌渠道为研究对象,借助于ANSYS商业软件进行二次开发,首先计算了夏季浇筑混凝土的应力场,得知衬砌温度裂缝发生的位置在两侧渠坡中部靠上位置,衬砌底板承受较小的拉应力,模拟结果与实际相符.采用改善混凝土抗裂性能和分缝分块的防裂措施则可降低开裂概率,提高抗裂安全裕量,该结论可为渠道施工设计提供理论依据.As a kind of thin-walled structure,concrete lining of channel tends to crack more easily due to the effect of temperature and humidity during construction,then the leakage of channel water will increase and water delivery efficiency will decrease. To decrease the cracking probability and improve overall stability of lining,with the application of theory and simulation,based on lining channel of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project,temperature field and stress field of concrete during summer were calculated with the developing software of ansys. It is found that,the concrete in the upper part of the middle side of the slope will be cracking easily,the concrete in underlying board have less tensile stress. These simulation results are in good agreement with practice. The crack prevention measures,improvement of concrete crack resistance and blocking anti-cracking measures were used to prevent cracking. These measures can reduce the rate of crack and improve the anti-cracking safety margin,which will be reference for design of construction.
