基于生态文明建设需求的河南省生物质能的发展与思考

摘　　要：通过分析当前河南省生物质能资源的发展情况,对河南省生物质能资源量、资源消耗及开发利用技术现状进行分析总结,提出河南省生态文明建设面临的主要问题,指出生态文明建设与生物质能发展的关系,提出基于生态文明建设需求的河南省生物质能发展的对策建议,为后续建立适合河南省生物质资源状况的、地区经济发展的并以生物质能资源为基础纽带的生态文明体系提供基础,从而推动河南省生物质资源绿色高效开发利用.In this paper,we analyzed and summarized the current situation of biomass energy resources,resource consumption and the development and utilization of technology in Henan province,and introduced the main problems existing in the construction of ecological civilization of Henan province. The relationship between the construction of ecological civilization and the development of biomass energy was pointed out,and the countermeasures and suggestions of biomass energy development for Henan province under the background of ecological civilization were put forward. This will provide the basis for the subsequent establishment of ecological civilization system which is suitable for the situation of biomass resources in Henan province and the regional economic development and based on the raw material resources,so as to promote the green and highly efficient development and utilization of biomass resources in Henan province.
