摘  要:为生物炭在蔬菜生产中的应用以及采煤塌陷区土壤的快速培肥提供科学依据,以菠菜为供试作物进行盆栽试验,在淮北某采煤塌陷区复垦土壤中施用不同量的生物炭(0%、1.5%、3.0%)和氮肥水平(150mg/kg、300mg/kg),研究生物炭和氮肥配施对采煤塌陷区复垦土壤理化性质和菠菜生长的影响。结果表明:在低氮、高氮水平下,土壤碱解氮、活性有机质含量随生物炭添加量增加而增加,土壤pH、容重随生物炭添加量增加而下降。在高氮水平下的菠菜生物量明显高于低氮水平;菠菜生物量、Vc含量随生物炭添加量增加而增加。采煤塌陷区复垦土壤施用生物炭和氮肥可促进菠菜生长,施用生物炭可以改善土壤性质,提高菠菜品质。The effects of nitrogen and biochar combined application on spinach growth and reclamation soil property were studied by using apot test under different nitrogen(150 mg/kg、300 mg/kg)and biochar(0%、1.5%、3.0%)combined application to provide the scientific basis for biochar application in vegetable production and improving soil fertility rapidly in coal mining subsidence area.Result:Soil available nitrogen and active organic matter content is increased but soil pH and volume weight are decreased with increase of biochar application from 150 mg/kg to 300 mg/kg nitrogen application amount.The biomass of spinach under 300 mg/kg nitrogen application amount is higher than under 150 mg/kg nitrogen application amount.The biomass and VCcontent of spinach is increased with increase of biochar application amount.Applying biochar and nitrogen into reclamation soil of coal mining subsidence area can improve spinach growth.Applying biochar can improve the property of reclamation soil and spinach quality in coal mining subsidence area.
