细毡毛忍冬化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究细毡毛忍冬Lonicera similes Hemsl的化学成分。方法细毡毛忍冬80%的乙醇提取物采用硅胶、反相硅胶及聚酰胺柱进行分离,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为穗花杉双黄酮(1)、木犀草素(2)、芦丁(3)、齐墩果酸(4)、绿原酸(5)、秦皮乙素(6)、肌醇(7)、葡萄糖(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论化合物1、3、4、6、7、8为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Lonicera similes Hemsl. METHODS The 80% ethanol extract from L. similes was isolated and purified by silica,antiphase silica and polyamide column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as amentoflavone（ 1）,luteolin（ 2）,rutin（ 3）,oleanolic acid（ 4）,chlorogenic acid（ 5）, aesculetin（ 6）, inositol（ 7）, glucose（ 8）, β-sitosterol（ 9）. CONCLUSION Compounds 1,3,4,6,7,8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
