小半夏汤用药比例对祛痰效果影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究小半夏汤用药比例对祛痰效果的影响。方法用动物实验的方法,单因素完全随机分组为小半夏汤3个不同用药比例组和生理盐水对照组,采用气管段酚红法测量OD值、计算祛痰指数,并统计得出最佳配比。结果小半夏汤相比生理盐水对祛痰效果有明显差异(P<0.05),且半夏与生姜比例为5∶8时祛痰效果最明显,优于其他实验组。结论小半夏汤祛痰时最佳用药比例为5∶8。Objective ：To study the sputmn clearance effect by adjusting the proportion of small Pinellia ternate decoction. Methods： The cough and sputum animal model was established and the study design was completely random in one - way analysis. The animals were divided into 3 types of treatment group with 3 different dose ratios of small Pinellia ternate deeoetion and one eontrol group with normal sa- line. The sputum clearance index was assessed by OD value of phenol red in the trachea and the best dose ratio of decoction could be statis- tically analyzed. Results ： Small Pinellia temate decoction had significant effect on sputum elearanee in eontrast to the normal saline （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the best ratio for Pinellia ternata to ginger was 5 ： 8 superior to other ratios in sputum elearanee. Conclusion ： The best ratio for Pinellia temata to ginger is 5： 8.
