摘  要:为缓解人们因久坐引起的健康问题而设计了一种环保型脚踏式敲背机。通过纯机械机构把活动腿脚产生的能量用于舒缓背部、颈部的疲劳。介绍了敲背机的工作原理,分析了敲击机构的设计方案,设计了凸轮理论轮廓曲线和工作轮廓曲线,并给出其解析算法。所设计的敲背机构绿色环保,使用方便,安全可靠,速度可调,能够较好地改善久坐人群的健康状况。An eco-friendly pedal knock back machine has been designed to alleviate the health problem caused by sedentary lifestyle,with the energy generated by movements of the users legs and feet driving its pure mechanical structure to relieve the fatigue of his back and neck.This article first introduced the machines working principles,and then analyzed the scheme design of the percussive mechanism,with the cam pitch curve and the cam contour designed and their analytical algorithms proposed.The machine proved to be eco-friendly,safe and reliable,convenient to use,and adjustable in speed,which could improve sedentary peoples health effectively.
