摘 要:PVC材料具有成本低、易加工、韧性好等优点,被广泛使用在建筑中。但由于PVC材料在户外使用过程会受到紫外线照射而发生老化,所以PVC材料的加工过程会添加一些增塑剂等助剂,导致材料的阻燃性能降低,而无法满足建筑材料防火阻燃等级的要求。因此通过添加阻燃剂来改善材料PVC的阻燃性就显得十分重要。研究了ZHS阻燃剂对PVC材料的阻燃抑烟作用与ZHS的阻燃机理及阻燃效果。PVC material has the advantages of low cost, easy processing and good toughness, and is widely used in buildings. However, due to the aging of PVC materials exposed to ultraviolet radiation during outdoor use, some additives such as plasticizers are added in the processing process of PVC materials, resulting in the reduction of the flame retardant properties of the materials, and can't meet the requirements of fire retardant grade of building materials. Therefore, it is very necessary to improve the flame retardancy of PVC by adding flame retardant. The effect of ZHS flame retardant on flame retardant and smoke suppression of PVC materials was studied. And the flame retardant mechanism and effect of ZHS were studied.
