摘　　要：尼龙生产线己二酸装置氧化反应器蛇管是经常出现的损坏形式,而蛇管损坏会增加生成成本,延长生产周期,对公司来说极其不利。从众多的损坏现象来看,大多数都是以裂缝或微裂缝形式表现出来,长期以来就会导致整个蛇管裂变,影响整个氧化反应器的运行。所以要提高对氧化反应器蛇管损坏的重视程度,及时对其做出预防措施,减少生产成本,提高经济效益。主要对氧化反应器的概念以及蛇管损害主要形式进行分析,探讨造成蛇管损坏的主要因素,并提出预防措施,延长蛇管的使用寿命,保证尼龙生产线够平稳运行。Oxygen acid equipment oxidation reactor coil in nylon production line is a frequent form of damage,and coil damage will increase production costs and prolong production cycle,which is extremely unfavorable for the company.From the point of view of numerous damage phenomena,most of them are expressed in the form of cracks or micro-cracks,which have long led to fission of the entire snake tube and have affected the operation of the entire oxidation reactor.Therefore,the production company should increase the importance attached to the destruction of the snake coils in the oxidation reactors,make timely preventive measures,reduce production costs,and increase economic efficiency.The article mainly analyzes the concept of oxidation reactor and the main form of snake damage,discusses the main factors causing the damage of the snake tube,and proposes preventive measures to extend the service life of the snake tube to ensure the smooth running of the nylon production line.
