摘　　要：现如今随着餐饮行业的不断发展,我国的餐饮除油取得了较好的发展。在近年来的发展过程中,除油设备在不断的更新和完善,并取得了较好的发展。P系列提油设备是天健环保公司的新型除油设备,以P系列提油设备中的电阻远红外加热器作为研究点,并对P系列提油设备的应用及改进进行展望与分析,并基于目前的餐饮行业提油需求,对P系列提油设备的未来改进方向提出有价值的理论指引和提升建议,以期推动我国P系列提油设备的发展。Nowadays,with the continuous development of the catering industry,China’s catering degreasing has achieved better development.In the development process in recent years,deoiling equipment has been constantly updated and improved,and has achieved good development.P series oil extraction equipment is a new deoiling equipment of Tianjian Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd. The author took the resistance far-infrared heater in the P series oil extraction equipment as a research point,and looked into and analyzed the application and improvement of the P series oil lifting equipment,and based on the current catering industry oil extraction.Demand,put forward valuable theoretical guidelines and suggestions for future improvement of the P series oil extraction equipment,in the hope that the research and discussion of this article can promote the development of the P series oil extraction equipment in China.
