摘 要:以热力学计算为基础,重点分析平流层飞艇载荷舱传热特性,提出了一种基于冷板的电子设备冷却方案,综合考虑飞艇载荷舱中电子设备热控系统的需求,研究了冷板在飞艇上升过程中的全高度传热特性.研究结果表明:在飞艇载荷舱电子设备热控系统中应用变风量冷板换热系统比定风量系统更具有合理性.针对部分工况下冷板制冷系统会出现制冷量不足的问题,提出了附加二氧化碳开放式制冷的系统优化方案,其作为一个备用及补充系统制冷量的设计进一步提高了冷板制冷系统的适用性.文中所提出的飞艇舱内电子设备热控系统方案及附加二氧化碳开放式制冷的方法为平流层飞艇的整体热控提供技术参考.An efficient cooling method based on cold plate for electronics was proposed and the thermal performance in the payload cabin of the stratospheric airship has been investigated based on thermodynamics. Thermal performance of the cold plate during ascent process of the stratospheric airship was investigated by considering entire requirements for the thermal control system of electronic equipment in airship payload cabin. The results show that a variable air flow system is more reasonable than the constant air flow system for the cold plate in the thermal control system of electronic equipment. For the insufficient refrigeration capacity of cold plate cooling system under some working conditions,the system optimization scheme of an added carbon dioxide refrigeration system cooling method are proposed and calculated. The applicability of cold plate refrigeration system is further improved by the design of a standby and supplementary cooling capacity system. This work could be helpful for the thermal control of the whole stratospheric air-ship.
