心理护理干预对改善住院精神分裂症患者病耻感的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预对改善住院精神分裂症患者病耻感的效果。方法回顾2016年1月-2017年10月84例住院精神分裂症患者并分组。对照组采用常规的护理干预,观察增加心理护理干预。比较效果。结果心理干预组住院精神分裂症治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05;心理干预组护理宣教、护理技术、护理态度满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组病耻感量表歧视度、积极效应、病情掩饰评分和总分相近,P>0.05;干预后心理干预组病耻感量表歧视度、积极效应、病情掩饰评分和总分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论心理护理干预对改善住院精神分裂症患者病耻感的效果确切,可减轻患者病耻感,提高其积极应对能力,提高满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on improving the stigma ofinpatients with schizophrenia. Methods From January 2016 to October 2017, 84 inpatients with schizophrenia were enrolledand divided into groups. The control group using conventional nursing intervention, observation increased psychologicalnursing intervention. Compare the effect. Results The treatment effect of schizophrenia was higher in the psychologicalintervention group than in the control group, P 〈0.05; satisfaction degree of nursing education, nursing technology and nursingattitude in psychological intervention group was higher than that in control group, P 〈0.05; Table discrimination, positive effect,disease cover and score similar to the total score, P〉 0.05; after psychological intervention intervention group score of stigma,positive effect, disease cover and score better than the control group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention iseffective in improving the stigma of schizophrenic inpatients, alleviating the stigma of patients, improving their positive copingability and improving their satisfaction.
