应用钝针扣眼穿刺老年血液透析患者的护理

摘　　要：目的本文主要研究的是钝针扣眼穿刺方式在老年血液透析患者护理中的应用效果。方法现选取我院在2016年接收的100例老年血液透析患者,将其分为实验组和对照组两组,每组50例患者,对实验组患者应用钝针扣眼穿刺方式,对对照组患者应用常规区域穿刺方式。随后对比两组患者的一次穿刺成功率和并发症发病率,以此来综合评断钝针扣眼穿刺在老年血液透析患者护理中的应用效果。结果实验组患者的一次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,并发症发病率低于对照组,且P<0.05,此差异具有统计学意义。结论在老年血液透析患者护理中应用钝针扣眼穿刺方式,具有显著的临床效果,为此,各级医院需要加大对钝针扣眼穿刺方式的应用力度。Objective This paper mainly studies the application effect of blunt needle puncture in the buttonhole nursingof elderly hemodialysis patients. Methods We selected in our hospital 100 cases of elderly patients with hemodialysis in 2016received, will be divided into experimental group and control group two groups, 50 patients in each group, the experimentalgroup patients a blunt needle puncture on the buttonhole, the control group were treated with conventional puncture. Then thearea of the two groups were compared the success rate of puncture and the incidence of complications, the application effectof comprehensive evaluation of blunt needle puncture in the buttonhole nursing of elderly hemodialysis patients. Results：a puncture success rate of patients in the experimental group significantly Higher than the control group, the incidence ofcomplications was lower than the control group, and P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： in thenursing care of elderly patients with hemodialysis, blunt needle puncture was used. Therefore, hospitals at all levels need toincrease the application of blunt needle piercing.
