可调节简易利器盒挂架在临床护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析本人自制的可调节简易利器盒挂架在临床护理过程中的应用效果。方法将本人设计的可调节简易利器盒挂架在全高港区卫生系统范围内进行推广使用,在2014年5月~2017年5月间,每天四个班次(即白班、中午班、小夜班、大夜班)分别对1000只可调节简易利器盒挂架使用的情况(共选4000次)进行统计分析。结果刺伤率为0.15%,少于使用前的0.6%;利器回收率为89.2%,高于使用前的65.8%;利器撒漏率为8.6%,低于使用前的14.6%;护理人员使用满意率为97.6%,上述数据均与使用前有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在使用本人自制的可调节简易利器盒挂架后,护理人员医疗废物处置过程中可考察的利器伤的情况大大减少,提高了护理工作的安全性,利器的回收率显著提高,利器的撒漏率显著降低,护理人员对可调节简易利器盒挂架的使用满意率较高。objective to analyze the application effect of self-made adjustable simple tool box hanger in clinical nursingprocess. Methods to design the adjustable simple tool box of the rack in the range of gaogang district health system to promotethe use, in May 2014 to May 2017, four flights a day （that is, the day, noon class, small night shift, night shift） of 1000 usedadjustable simple tool box of the rack （total 4000 times） were analyzed. The recovery rate was 89.2%, higher than 65.8% before use; The leakage rate was 8.6%, less than 14.6% before use.The satisfaction rate of nursing staff was 97.6%, and the above data was significantly different from that before use （P〈0.05）.Conclusion in the easy to use my homemade adjustable tool box of the rack, nursing staff in the process of medical wastedisposal of the sharp injury situation greatly reduce, improve the nursing safety, sharp recovery rate increased significantly, tooland significantly reduce the leakage rate, nursing staff to the adjustable patient satisfaction and use simple tool box of the rack ishigher.
