摘 要:目的研究危重症专科护士发展亚专科护理对护理质量的影响。方法选取5名省级危重症监护室专科护士担任为组长,由院骨干护士人员组成的循环系统护理、呼吸系统护理、神经系统护理、泌尿系统护理及消化系统护理等五个专业小组,各亚专科组定期研究和学习相关专科知识并向全院及区域性医院推广相关亚专科知识,最后评比各组员研究前后的理论、技能水平、核心能力及危重患者护理质量。结果研究后,亚专科组在理论水平、技能水平、核心能力和危重患者护理质量上均有显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论危重症专科护士发展亚专科护理可显著提升专科护士理论及技能水平,提高核心能力,减少危重患者不良事件发生,极大促进了医疗护理质量。Objective To study the impact of sub-specialty nursing on the quality of nursing in critical care nurses.Methods The specialty of critical care was divided into five professional groups, including provincial nursing nurse, chief irculatory nurse, respiratory system nursing, neurological nursing, urinary system nursing and digestive system nurse. The subspecialist groups regularly study and learn the relevant specialist knowledge and to the relevant hospital and regional hospitals to promote relevant sub-specialist knowledge, the final assessment of the team before and after the study of theory, skills, core competencies and critical care quality. Results After the study, the sub-specialist group had significant improvement in the theoretical level, skill level, core competence and quality of care of critically ill patients. The differences were statistically significant (all P〈0.05). Conclusion The development of sub-specialty nurses in critical care nurses can significantly improve the theory and skills of specialist nurses, improve their core competencies and reduce the incidence of adverse events in critically ill patients, which has greatly promoted the quality of medical care.
