摘 要:目的探讨微信健康教育在降低肺癌化疗患者PICC置管相关并发症的应用效果。方法选取132例肺癌化疗PICC置管的患者,将其随机分为对照组72例和实验组60例。对照组采用进行常规护理及健康宣教,实验组在常规基础上加微信健康教育。并于实施前后比较两组并发症发生率,同时进行自我护理能力、PICC置管及肺癌化疗副反应相关知识水平的调查。结果实验组PICC置管并发症发生率低于对照组,且自我护理能力、对相关知识的掌握程度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论微信健康教育结合常规护理可降低PICC置管并发症发生率,提高患者自我护理能力、对相关知识的掌握程度。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat health education on reducing PICC catheter-related complications in lung cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods 132 cases of lung cancer with PICC catheter were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 72 cases and 60 cases respectively. The control group was used for routine nursing and health education. The experimental group was supplemented with WeChat Health Education . The incidence of complications were compared before and after implementation, the self-care ability and the mastery degree of related knowledge were investigated. Results The incidence of catheter complications in PICC group was lower than that in control group (P〈0.001). The self-care ability and the mastery degree of related knowledge in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P〈0.001). Conclusion WeChat health education combined with routine nursing can reduce the incidence of PICC catheter complications and improve self-care ability and mastery of relevant knowledge.
