摘　　要：目的探讨对甲状腺肿瘤患者实施整体护理对患者术后康复及心理状况的影响。方法择本科室2014年4月到2017年11月间75例甲状腺肿瘤患者实施观察研究,患者随机分为传统组(n=37)和整体组(n=38),传统组实施传统手术护理,整体组患者实施整体护理,对比两种护理模式下患者术后康复状况及心理状况。结果整体组患者术前30min、术后1d SAS及SDS评分较传统组明显降低(P<0.05)。整体组患者术后并发症发生率较传统组明显降低(P<0.05)。整体组患者术后住院时间较传统组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺肿瘤患者实施整体护理可改善患者术后康复及心理状况。Objective： To investigate the effect of holistic nursing care on postoperative rehabilitation and psychological status in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods： Seventy-five patients with thyroid tumors admitted to our department from April 2014 to November 2017 were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into traditional nursing group（n = 37） and holistic nursing group（n = 38）,the patients in the control group underwent traditional surgical nursing,and the study group were given holistic nursing care,and then compared the patients postoperative rehabilitation and psychological conditions with two groups.Results： In the holistic group,the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly decreased 30 min before operation and one day after operation（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in the holistic group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group（P〈0.05）.The overall hospitalization time of holistic nursing patients was significantly lower than the traditional group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The overall nursing care of patients with thyroid tumors could improve postoperative rehabilitation and psychological status.
