摘　　要：随着我国医学教育的快速发展和医疗卫生改革的不断深入,高等医学院校在附属医院管理上面临的问题和挑战也不断增多,有效促进高等医学院校与附属医院的融合,形成有机整体,成为高等医学院校及其附属医院持续发展的必然趋势。文章分析高等医学院校的附属医院管理现状及存在问题,并从"学校——附属医院、学校——附属医院——学校、附属医院——附属医院"三个角度提出相应的对策,为促进高等医学院校与各附属医院的有机融合提供借鉴。With the development of medical education and deepening of health-care reform,medical universities and colleges are faced up with more problems and challenges in the management of affiliated hospitals. It has become a trend for medical colleges and universities and affiliated hospital to effectively integrate with each other as a whole. This paper analyzed the present situation and existing problems of managing affiliated hospitals of medical universities and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of college-affiliated hospital to college-affiliated hospital-college to hospitals-hospital so as to provide reference for the effective integration of medical universities and affiliated hospitals.
