摘　　要：高校附属医院作为临床、科研与教学的综合平台,具有成果转化的先天优势。但现实中众多科研成果无法真正落地转化,极大地浪费科研资源投入。拟通过问卷调查,分析某高校附属医院的成果转化现状及转化难的制约因素,从立项、渠道和制度保障等方面分析相应的对策,以期为高校附属医院成果转化的管理提供参考。As a comprehensive platform for clinical,scientific research and teaching,the university affiliated hospitals have the inherent advantages of achievement transformation. But in reality,many research achievements couldn＇t be transformed,which caused a huge waste of scientific resources. Based on the questionnaire survey,we analyzed the restrictive factors of transformation,and provided the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of project approving,information channels and mechanism guarantee so as to provide references for the management of achievement transformation in the affiliated hospitals of universities.
