摘　　要：目的探讨国家(新疆)卫生应急移动处置中心在突发公共卫生事件应急处置中的应用。方法回顾性选取某院收治的多类突发公共卫生事件患者665例,构建国家(新疆)卫生应急移动处置中心,并通过处置中心对患者进行应急救治,报告患者的救治情况及分析处置中心对突发公共卫生事件应急处置的价值。结果本次救治过程中,紧张有序且未出现大批伤员抢救忙乱现象,伤员均得到及时救治;突发公共卫生事件中,有217例地震受灾患者、死亡4例,有361例麻疹患者、死亡3例,有87例群体性食物中毒患者、死亡4例,总计死亡10例,其余患者均得到有效的救治,救治成功率为98.50%(655/665)。结论国家(新疆)卫生应急移动处置中心能够有效地应急处置多类突发公共卫生事件,挽救受灾患者的生命安全,值得临床作进一步推广。Objective To discuss the application of national（ Xinjiang） health emergency mobile disposal center in emergency treatment of public health emergencies. Methods 665 cases of multiple types of public health emergency patients were selected. National（ Xinjiang） mobile health emergency disposal center was built which was responbisble for emergency treatment of patients. Treatment plan was reported and the value of disposal center value in public health emergencies disposal was reported. Results THE emergerncy treatment was intense but organized. The wounded were received and given timely treatment. In the public health emergency,217 cases of patients were injured in the earthquake,and only 4 cases died. Among the 361 cases of measles patients,3 cases died. Among the 87 cases of mass food poisoning patients,there were 4 cases of death. Besides the total of 10 cases of death,the remaining patients received effective treatment,the success rate of treatment was 98. 50%（ 655/665）. Conclusion National（ Xinjiang） health emergency mobile disposal center can effectively deal with a variety of public health emergencies,and save the lives of the victims,so it＇s worth further clinical promotion.
